IMC water-based varnish

In-mould coating (IMC) paint is an effective option for surface treatment of polyurethane parts. Using IMC, you can create a special functional layer on the part that ensures flexibility (hardness according to Shore A 15) and abrasion resistance. With IMC, you can color the part (all shades available according to RAL, RAL Design, HKS, Pantone, NCS, or their color samples) or give it special properties such as flame retardancy, conductivity, antibacterial and biocompatible surface, etc. Water-based IMC is suitable for molds with temperatures above 40°C. Thanks to zero VOC emissions, water-based products are suitable for all types of production. Available in drums, hobbocks and special small quantities according to customer requirements.
