It is an alkaline, foaming, cleaning and disinfecting agent containing active chlorine for general operational cleaning in the food industry. It cleans and disinfects all stainless steel and concrete surfaces in one working step. Dissolves grease and removes proteins. Easily removes hops and wine residues.
