Spectra-WELD RA 170 is a spray-on welding separation agent free of silicone, water, and hazardous solvents. It prevents spatter from baking onto torch nozzles, fixtures, and welded parts in robots. Significantly increases the service life of torches. Spectra-WELD RA 170 allows quick replacement and cleaning of nozzles and is highly effective even at low consumption. Subsequent surface treatments such as painting, dyeing, galvanizing, printing, gluing, etc. are possible. The product is supplied as a spray concentrate, is biodegradable, non-aromatized, and has corrosion protection.
