High-performance silicone-free welding separation has been developed with an emphasis on robotic welding with reduced foaming. Prevents spatter from baking onto torch nozzles, fixtures, and welded parts on robots, significantly increasing the service life of torches. Spectra-WELD RB 200 allows for quick nozzle replacement and cleaning. Subsequent surface treatments such as painting, dyeing, zinc coating, printing, gluing, etc. are possible. Spectra-WELD RB 200 has high efficiency with low consumption. The product is supplied as a concentrate, can be diluted according to operational requirements, is biodegradable, non-aromatized, and has corrosion protection.
