Spectra-weld RB 250 is an extremely strong silicone-free welding separation that prevents spray cooking when welding on burner nozzles, jigs, welded parts, robots, and significantly increases the service life of burners, jigs, etc. Spectra-weld RB 250 allows quick replacement and cleaning of nozzles. Subsequent surface treatments such as painting, dyeing, galvanizing, printing, gluing etc. are possible. It is also used to protect grates during laser or plasma burning. Spectra-weld RB 250 has high efficiency at low consumption. The product is supplied as a concentrate, the possibility of dilution according to the requirements of the operation, it is biodegradable, non-aromatized with anti-corrosion protection.
